ok i have a prob. i dont have .jpg files, how do i save them as j-peg files. or what. i cant upload a pic. and i am not to good with computers like that.! thanks

RARE-ROC-Z,

If you have Microsoft Paint on your computer I think you can change file types with that.

If you have Windows 95 or 98 you need to go to the "Start" button and select "Accessories" and you should see "Paint" listed there. Open the picture using paint and then select "save as" and change the file type to .jpg.

hey chuck, i tried what you told me to do. and i didnt have the option of saving as a j-peg file. it came up with a few bitmaps and all files. and when i clicked all files it gave me the ending of .bmp , now what do i try. i had a friend do it a long time ago on her computer but never show me how. i need some more assistance.. thanks

I am not sure???

I just checked mine again and after opening a .bmp file I did a “save as” and under the file name is a box called “Save as type”. Using the down arrow a menu pops up and the second from the bottom choice was JPEG.

You may want to try what Jza suggested.
