Nite Shades Lens Blackout

Has anyone used this or any other stuff to blackout sidemarker lights? Just a thougt, could this stuff be used to tint windows?

According to the ad in Summit, this stuff blacks out your sidemarker lights (and taillights too I think). When you turn them on the will be the same color as before. Just wanted to know if anyone used this stuff before and how does it look. As far as the window tinting thing, just a thought.

Its good stuff, but I wouldn't want to use it on the windows. It doesn't have a perfectly even texture so it probably wouldn't look good on windows.

I used it to black out my sidemarkers. I did it about 1 & 1/2 years ago and it still looks good as new. I wouldn't use it to do the windows though. Kinda like you wouldn't use a can of spraypaint to paint your car.

My tail lens were done by the previous owner. He did a real light coat. I'm gonna get some Night Shade and make 'em darker.
