I know these are peoples cars and thats how they like it, but I'm entitled to my opinion and I think these definately go in the "******-wearing 80's white trash" stereotype many give Camaro owners. Its beyond me how anyone can think that looks GOOD.

Edit: what the hell is with the mirrors on that grey POS? What good are they all the way up there on the pillar??

yeah, i almost commented on the trailer trash issue. but wait a minute, not all people living in trailers live up to that stereotype. ive seen plenty of respectable camaros in trailerparks. hmm... is a doublewide really a trailer?

Hey! That's my car! And that's my parents' trailer (where I live). Don't make fun of people just because they like to make a car beautiful. I'm sure my "RICED JUNK CAMARO" looks better than your car.

This might sound a little mean. But it is our job as 3 Gen owners to protect our cars name. Everyone is right...that is how we get titles like "White Trash" and IROC "Italian Retard Out Crusing". So this is what we do....when you see that thing out....First Let the air out of all 4 tires..that way he cant drive around and kill our names. Second...take the poor soul to the DR. Get him some medicine. And lastly if all else fails.......Take a bat to him....

I don't think the blue one is that bad if you put a standard z-28 spoiler on it and lose the ugly *** ground effects.. but then that would turn it stock, so yeah it's ugly

I'm surprised to be the first to point this out, but notice the vents in the nose of that blue/white overkill? And notice how the front turn signals/parkiing lights are set? He went through an awful lot of cash and never dropped the 150 bucks for a real iroc nose.. no CHMSL either.. 1985 or older base model... and actually I read up on that thing once (spent a long time staring at that nose).. think it did have an lg4 =P

yep, i noticed that too, it's an 82-84 so it couldn't be an IROC. In 85 the holes in the nose got smaller and the signals got short and wide (and stayed that way till 92) so yeah, it probably has an LG4 in it.

Well, since this post got so hot suddenly, I'd like to take this time to point out my post was specifically bashing one thing.. the windshield logo. I just don't dig calling a car something it isn't.. and I'm sure a number of people will agree on me here. If I were bagging the paint/body, I'd be bagging some of my own tastes.. see my website below if you need to verify that, but note the windshield logo is a camaro logo, not an iroc logo =P

89 TA,
Nice of you to reply. As a few of the other members have replied to what a rs/ss is, I wont bother to go into that. As for a frankencamaro, well that is the term i use for mine, as i have more mods and parts from different vehicles than just a Camaro. (you know, kinda like the book we read in elementry school called frankenstein, the guy who was made from many different parts of different people not that hard to figure out) My next question is what is a Dumpas@named camaro? Can you not type? or are you just not skilled enough to proofread your own writing? Ah, post some of my so called rs/ss. I shall do just that. See the link below. As for lightening up, I didnt realize i was being harsh at the time, as for the fact that I too live in South Carolina, and was attempting to poke humor at the whole thing. But i assume explaining that to you is a waste of time as your quick witt had probably already picked up on that.

Now, Since im off of the Flame now... I will give an explination why i dislike the way the vehicle looks.

The color ROCKS, i like the blue alot. The stripes are not bad, but personally id of made them like heritage edition stripes because i think its hard to get a stripe to look good on our cars unless it is that type of stripe. The exhaust pipes are too long for my liking, and as for the Rims, well Im more of a chrome/polished billet look person. Not to mention they stick out a bit too much for my taste too. As for the spoiler, i dont like how its constructed where it meets the body, seems too thin and flimsy from the photo to support that massive top part of the wing. The window sticker..... Needs to go... nuff said. If I were to do that much work to the car, i think i woulda spent the extra money and replaced the front bumper cover, as to give it that "iroc" look, cause evidently by the sticker the guy was trying to attain some form of that "iroc" look, and well the 82-83 front end just kills it. And finally, in my opinion I think that the car has an altitude problem... needs lowered, however being where the car is from, he probably cant/shouldnt lower it as there are a LOT of dirt roads in this state. The body kit idea was a good one, and the only one ive seen that even looks good in my opinion is the Evol<sp?>. An aftermarket body kit on a 3rd gen camaro always to me seem to cheapen the model to me. The way the paint highlights are on the cars body kit i think only adds to the gaudy-ness of the whole kit.

and that folks is my technicial deconstruction of this particular blue car, and it is as always my OPINION.

as for the car I own, Mr. 89Transam350, here is the link i had promised above.

does anyone else wonder what that testarossa camaro would look like with paint, cool wheels, and minus those mirrors? as for the blue one, loose the rear wing and drop it a couple inches, it wouldn't look that bad.
