How many people have you crammed in your car?

Just curious.. I had 5 people in my car, twice. One time, there were 4 of my buddies in there, I added up all of our weights, it was almost 1000Lbs of people!! And yes, there were feet out the window... Another time there was me, my bud, and 3 girls, but that was alot more fun lol...

only 4: me, my wife, and my 2 girls. when you consider of the 2 girls, one is in a car seat and the other is in an infant carrier. that is more than enough to make it cramped.

I had 8 people in my car once, one of my friends was supposed to meet us at my house and he couldn't come so I had to cram 4 guys and 4 girls in my car and drive about 15 miles. Surprizingly enough it didn't bottom out and I didn't get pulled over.

I got stuck with 11 passengers one night cause 6 lost their rides home and I took 3 with me to begin with, and 2 were drunk and I didn't want them to drive home.
I saw on the news where a Chevy Astro was pulled over carrying 26 Mexicans, all illegals. Now thats crammed.

on the 4th of july i had to fit 7 people in my car. it was 2 guys and 5 girls. it really wasn't that bad except for the fact that it was a 1 hour and 20 minute drive to the lake that we were going to...plus the hatch was all filled with beer and fireworks.

I took some mathimatical theorms, physics, anatomy, and scientifical thinking on how to fit 18 chicks into a Trans Am with T-Tops

------------------
Chaotic Firehawk can be found wondering NEThirdgen.org and 3rdgen.org

"A musclecar, by definition, is a powerful and sporty vehicle that must be able to spin its tires at will. The Firebird Trans Am is capable of laying down twin black streaks of rubber several hundred feet long. We wanted to be sure it could, so we did it a half dozen times in the name of automotive science."-MotorTrend

we had 2 adults and 2 kids in my parent's Z28 back in the day. not too bad when you consider we had 2 weeks of luggage in there too and were making what amounts to a 24 hr drive to naples, FL from western PA. how much luggage, well when we got a '90 lumina, it would fill that big ol' trunk so you figure out how we got it all in there.

it wasn't too bad when i was about 6 and my bro was 5, but when i got to be 9 and he was 8 and we'd grown a little, it was too much and just driving 15 mins into town like that started to suck pretty bad so we got a regular car, '88 t-bird TC. as it happens, those are still the only fords i like and we even sold that one after two years because it was a ford and mostly because we just had bad luck, damage wise, with it, but that's another post altogether.

6 guys, 2 bikes, hatch open, hardtop, and me drunk in the passenger seat of my own Firebird. On the way home from the local bar at the summer camp I work at with a bunch of undersage staff members. We had four, but my math was a little off and I discounted the bikes in my innebriated state, so when I saw two staff members riding home, I made the driver stop and let them in with their bikes.

As my best friend says: Firebirds seat 1 comfortably.

Good god! that night i had 5 in my car, I though we were crammed. I had so much weight in there, my engine was jumping due to the engine mounts being shot. I thought my rear end was going out at first...:P Another time we fit 6 people in a freaking escort 5 speed. I was actually on a girls lap (hey i wasnt complaining though). Another time we fit 4 in a freeking 91 Ford Ranger!!! It was so crammed that I was having to shift (5 speed) for my friend who was driving...

I've never had the hilarity of cramming more than 5 people in a thirdgen, but my wife told me of a friend of hers who had a Chevette that she stuffed 19-yes, nineteen people into once upon a time!! Psychotic!! They even went over a railroad track and lost the exhaust!! I've come close to that back in HS when I had a Dodge D50 mini-pickup; 16 people in that dumb thing, five up front, 11 in the bed UNDER the tonneau cover. Ya should of heard 'em scream when I went haulin' *** over a bad railroad grade.
