A buddy of mine is selling his IROC and he offered me the opportunity to trade my wheels for his when he sells the car. He has 17x9.5 Eagle Alloys Style 213. They look like this:



Would you do it ? I love the way these wheels look, but at the same time I'd look to keep the original look of the car. I'd love a set of chrome wheels because they look so good on a black car.

350, Erson cam, ported heads, Crane Hi-6 ignition, Accel supercoil, Comp Cams 1.6:1 rocker arms, TH350 tranny with 2500 stall.
SLP 1 3/4" headers

 

If the offset is right and you like the wheels I would trade. Then pick up another set of stock wheels if you are worried about originality. With all the changes you have already I would not worry about that.

 

I'm trading him today. I'm gonna put on the back tires first and see what the traction is like. I race my car every week and traction is very important to me. The thing I love about those wheels is the wide, shiny lip which makes the wheels stand out a lot!
