I have always love these hoods but have never seen one on a firebird....please post pics

That looks like the stock formula hood.......I have been to usbody.com to see the hoods but i wanted to see the finished product......the ram air II looks mean!!!!!

FYI ....Glasstek had the best looking cowl hoods , I cant find there web addy though.

Get it as low as you can. My 3.5 inch cowl is a pain as far as vision interference.I was anoyed w/the "tear-drop"hood, to begin with. I wish I had a flat hood. But thats just me.

I have a Harwood 2 3/4 on my 82 Z28( which is what is on the T/A above) pictured here, and its an excellent hood. It is fully bolt-on and retains the factory latch and safety catch mechanisms. They go for around $399.99 + S/H most places, but I bought my at a Super Chevy Show of the Harwood vendor truck for $350 cash. The Harwoods don't have the "big ridge" in the center of the hood as do the Unlimited, U.S. Body Source, and others, and in my opinion, the Harwood makes for a cleaner look on thirdgens.
