paint question

i bought my car repainted a few months ago. i started to notice that the paint job wasnt done so great. like on some places its starting to rise of the metal, and creat small bubbles, other places it looks like it is chipping. it just really anoyes me, and i feel that if i dont do something it will start getting pretty bad. what do you guys recommend i do?

Bubbles under paint usually means that the body wasn't prepped propersly before the paint job and is now rusting underneath. Obviuosly the easisest solution would be to sand down the whole body and get a repaint, but if the areas with bubbles are relatively small you can use some touch up paint ot cover em up after you sand them down.
