Old Skool rubber boot?
I've seen it on alot of older cars, the rubber boot that has layers... i was woundering if they made them to fit our cars, and if so, where would be a good place to find them, i kinda want to get that, and a hurst t handle cause i need to replace the handle cause some idiot that had the car before me cut the handle

awesome to see i'm not the only one, i had second-third and so on thoughts about it.. wanted to do it to my 86 SC.. but i got the 92 and yea.. so on, also if anyone has pics and stuff that'd be cool too
forgot to mention, i do have a 5 speed, i've seen the mega shifter and that's almost the set-up i want.. pretty much just for pretty-ness, i'm stickin with stock for now till the car get's prettied up

I think the rubber boots are cool too, but they are mostly for cars or pickup trucks with the big long shifters that come up out of the tunnel. The boot goes up from the floor to the shifter rod.
If you find one to fit the stock 3rd gen console, I would be interested to see how it looks. But I cant picture it working in these cars, unless you remove the center console and just carpet the floor.

i've seen 1 around where i live before, i didn't catch the guy before he left to ask about it tho.. it looked really cool and i just looked at autozone and they have a "universal" boot that looks like it, and i was thinking about maybe cutting it to fit?... i'm a newbe to the automotive world.. idk if i've got what it takes to fab one up to fit right.. the t handle fits right on there but it looks strange with the boot i got on now so i just said scrap it till i can find a boot..
