Hey look.....another paint topic!!

Okay, I have noticed that a lot of people are having their cars painted lately. My question is this: On some paints, you have to add something to keep the paint flexible when applied to plastic parts such as the nose. What is this "something"? Can it be used on all of the car, metal and plastic? What type of paints are people using? Thanks for any help.

It is called flex agent, and you only want to use it on flexible urethane parts. Use a good quality urethane basecoat/clearcoat system for the best real world results. There are several brands to choose from, and a lot of time it depends on what the painter knows how or likes to shoot. BTW, I really like Glasurite.
