I plan in purchasing a set of 20" iroc rims they are currently installed on a 87 El Camino would the lug pattern be the same for my 89 iroc camaro? And yes i am aware that 20's are a big no in this forum but i have had a 86 iroc camaro on 20" irocs and i like the way it looked i also didnt mind the ride. So if you could please help me i would appreciate it.

Yes, bolt pattern is the same, it's 5x4.75" I'm not sure about the backspacing, but I would guess that it's really close.

Yes also to the backspacing. All early 50's to late early 90's have the same offset which is 0 so your el camino wheels are a direct bolt even the backspacing. And dont worry about the size of the wheel, ITS AN IROC WHEEL the best factory wheel out there. lol.
