Price list?

Will someone make a shopping list of everything i will need to completely refurbish my car? I want something that will work very efficiently, and cheap. There were like 10000 products for paint repair and maintinence at the store the other day. I didnt have any money so I didnt get anything. But could you write down a list of supplies to remove big scratches (down to white) and minor scratches (wear and tear) and to shine up the car like it was just painted? I would like prices too.

I think $14 is a little steep for a tiny can of Yellow Wax, dont you?

1 Mint thirdgen, garaged since birth, 5 miles on the clock, $20,000

Nothing you buy off the wax and polish counter is going to remove scratches to the metal.

For the most part all waxes and polishes are the same... Choose whichever YOU think is going to work best. If you wanna drop $50 on stuff to shine your car, find a Zaino dealer.

In reading some of your posts I figure that you didn't even look in the wax & polish aisle.

I picture you checking out the decals, fart pipes and other rice items which you seem to think so highly of. Particularly those clear tailights!!

Am I mistaken ?

Just messin' with ya. I agree fully about the Honda's.

Also the touch up tech aticle here has been helpful to me.

Yeah, tech article. I'm can't wait to read the one you're doing on how you upgraded your Honda. Later dude

ps. Is it appropriate to tell you to go to hell since you're already there?

hehe I wanna see a stock 350 Corvette vs a Honda Formula 1 Racer. I think the vette would win in most events.

actually waxes and polished are not the same. I detailed cars for 2 years, trust me, they are different. You want a nice polishing wax... use pink wax made by Auto Magic with a green buffing pad. Nothing has worked better for me. I've used Zaino and I don't think it's close to as good. A good wax, sorry to be old-fashioned, but plain-jane turtle wax works the best at protecting and repeling.
