I will not shop there either.
I don't like Pep Boys.
Their ads drive me crazy too.
Its like the barber shop quartet- only someone killed the least annoying one.

This has been spread around to almost all of the F-body sites. They pissed off the wrong person and now its going to cost them countless amounts of dollars from shoppers like us who will refuse to purchase from them. Way to go PepBoys, customer service comes first.

Three word- Better Business Bureau (or the American Equivilant)

It is hard to black flag a store tied to a corporation, ie. lawyers, but it can be done. But when you do it's great: they have to put a black sign up on every door sayin "This business has a reputation of displeasing or Screwing (not word for word) customers!" At least in Canada.

heh like u said pissed off the wrong person... all in all they prolly just lost like 25 thousand clients ahah, since this has hit like 20 different boards plus people telling their families and stuff.. damn.. sucks to be them..

down with pep boys!! i dont plan on buying stuff from there any more for sure.

A company represents themselves through their employees, especially a manager. If the manager is a a$$, then that is not a company worth dealing with.

Customer service and word of mouth is the advertising I go by.
