Under $200 is tough.Have you thought about maybe painting the wheels you have?

Craigslist......that's all I gotta say. I've picked up several sets of wheels, some with tires for cheap. I see sets of C5 wheels on CL for $200-300 almost weekly.

Car swap meets man! I got my set of 1986 Iroc-Z wheels for $125, and the matching tires at a Ford swap meet in Columbus ohio for $190, Michelin Pilot X's!

i wouldn't sell my clean factory wheels for $200. that's definately cheap however you could get a set of 16's and clean them up yourself with some good elbow grease make them very sharp looking so if you can put in the work $200 or less is definately doable for stock wheels.

Re: wheels on a budget

if he goes C5 wheels, he will need adapters. That will ruin his budget. GTA wheels are much lighter than the IROC wheels. If you can find a set, for that cheap, you better get those.
