I just did a search on ebay and found one that is ending in about 23 hours. As of this time, the bid it at $200 Brand New. I'm sure you can find used ones for A LOT less. I was just at the junk yard about two weeks ago and found one still mounted on the car...probably gone by now though.

Rice is the ustaseful addition of large objects designed to attract attention to an unusally slow car that wants to be fast, Anything that comes stock on a TRUE Performace car, Camaro, Mustang, Corvett, Firebird etc is not rice.

Sorry, I didn't expect 15 replies of hate towards me. Imagine that spoiler on a Honda Civic. What would you call it? RICE. Now look what you're doing. Its a huge spoiler on a real car. I went and looked at my mom's friend's car. She said it was a 91 camaro z28 and thats all she knew about it. I knew I had doubts of it being a 91 because of the interior. And the steering wheel wasnt airbagged. I ran the VIN check the very next day and it showed it was an 85. I'd much rather look at a sweet Trans Am than a broken down camaro, if you know what I mean.

I don't know why it is so misunderstandable to mistake an 85 for a 91, especially when the owner tells you that.

No, I've NEVER seen that spoiler until this post. But all of the other 4 inch spoilers were on Toyotas and Hondas. I'm being criticized for calling a stock spoiler rice. Let me just point out to you that an Acura NSX has unreasonably large DUAL exhaust tips, and we refer to that as rice. Yet an unreasonably large spoiler on our cars isn't? Maybe the term "rice" was too extreme. But the only cars with big spoilers are, well at least should be, imports. I'm sorry.

 

I HATE THE *UCKING WORD "RICE". I HAVE TO ADMIT SOME IMPORTS LOOK GOOD. AND I SEEN A ROC TODAY AND IT HAD ABOUT A FOOT TALL SPOILER ON IT, IT DIDNT LOOK TO BAD, BUT ON AN IMPORT THEY LOOK BETTER.
