Re: lets see pics of those 90-92 camaros
I have the same tires (BFG KDW2) in 255/45/18 (not in the pic) and I really like them. I've autocrossed with them and have done a couple of track days on them as well and I've been surprised by the amount of grip they have for how little they've worn. Understandably they're terrible in the snow, but they're a solid summer performance tire with good life.
Here's my 92 RS not long after I bought it ~2.5 years ago.

Here's one of me auto-xing in Indy. Probably my favorite shot of me racing. The SCCA cone is even readable!

Re: lets see pics of those 90-92 camaros
When I was pricing out high performance summer tires in the size I needed (255/45/18), the KDW2's were about the best priced tire I could find (around $150 each). I didn't compare the nitto's (nt01 at the time) due to the significantly lower treadwear rating. The nt05's only have a rating of 200 vs 300 for the KDW2's. The nitto tires were also more expensive, but they'll grip quite a bit better if you're going to do lots of auto-x or track days.

Re: lets see pics of those 90-92 camaros
I am running 18x9 in the front and 18x10 in the rear. The front tires are 265/35-18 and the rear are 295/35-18... And YES!!! I love these tires. The Kumho SPTs that I had on the rear before couldnt hold up to the 4.10 gears. Every time I shifted to second it just spinned the tires... bad! The BFG make a loud bark and thats it. They DO NOT road steer at all, they are not loud on the highway, and grip very good. I have been using Kumho for 6 years and have now switched to the BFGs. They are worth the money, andlook alot better too.

Re: lets see pics of those 90-92 camaros
Someday soon when I have a motor that is worth a pile of poo, I'll ditch my cheap-o Riken Raptors for a nice set of Nitto street tires or KDW's. I want something a lot more sticky, but having such a mild drivetrain and not much money to spend, I couldn't pass up the Riken's.

They are body color. Need newer pics, but here's my heritage RS:

My project...more pics in the link in my sig, but should look alot better come summer!

I have a new front clip on it, a harwood hood, pass door, and new ground effects. Waiting for warmer weather to start prepping it for paint!
