painting calipers
I was going to paint my brake calipers, but in back I have drum brakes. What would that look like if I painted the whole hub in back and the calipers in front? Anyone have pics of this? Also what color would you paint them blue or white? My car is a light blue with white stripes. Also do I need to sand them or anything before painting?
Thanks,
Carl

your drums you would definately have to clean up, but I would be careful painting the whole drum, your dont want it to stand out too much. I saw a sh*tstang the other day that had orange painted drums on rear and it looked like crap. but Im also thinking of painting my calipers on front and rear when I get my disc rear this week. let us know how it looks if you do paint them

I would suggest you paint them blue. I have a blue Monte and I painted the calipers blue and it looked great. On my camaro I painted them High luster silver POR-20 from POR-15 and I love the way it looks I didn't do my Camaro calipers in a color cause the car is black.
