i saw these on a trans am on cardomain

i'm havin some paint bubble issues on my front bumper right in the eyelids of the bumper

i saw these blackout covers and felt they would be perfect to cover up the inperfection until i have time and money to fix it properly in the far future.

i'm having a hard time finding them

im not quite sure what to call them either

look at the picture and tell me what you guys think and if you know what they are called or where i can find them
