Hi,

My '90 IROC-Z has a great interior. Clean with no major rips, stains, etc.

However, I'd like to really make the interior look immaculate. Including cleaning out the 20 years worth of dust from the vents, dash, corners, you know. I've been researching some of the vapor steam cleaning units, as they seem appealing. No chemicals, heavy-duty cleaning, can clean dash/plastics.

These units all appear to be in the ~$1K+ range, and I'd like to keep something to $300-400. I already have a Bissell Little Green Machine, but I'm looking for something that doesn't need a chemical, and can get into cracks/crevices via steam.

What have you guys used?

Anyone cleaned with a vapor cleaner?

 

Had a friend use one when he was painting his Caliper. Work nicely and I was surprised how much dirt was still on them when they looked clean. I've hear people use them to clean there engine on this board. I'm pretty sure it would work for what you want. Good luck. I'll check with my friend on the brand he has.
