Has anyone ever polished the 15X7 firebird wheels?

Has anyone ever polished the 15X7 firebird wheels?
I just bought a set of these wheels for sirt cheap, but I want to pilish them.
I want to polish the entire wheels, not just the faces. Has anyone done this before? I need to know what to strip the clearcoat and paint with, and what to use to polish them.
