help me on using a buffer and getting surface scratches out.
I just looked over a vette post and on a different fourm and a guy was able to get a heavy amount of scratches out maybe i need to re-read it but i couldnt get much info on doing that so how can i get heavy but surface scratches out of my IROC?
i have them all over mostly the hood and should i try turtle wax premium rubbing compound? do you think it would help with the haze on my trunk lid and on some parts of the hood its not white faded but just hazy in spots. what products should i use i cant use nothing to expensive and i dont need it to be perfect but less scratches would be nice. also i need advise on removing etches on my clear as glass durango. i dont wanna mess up the shine to get rid of the deep inside etches what do i do?
and please give me all the tips you can give on using a buffer/polisher i never really used one before and dont know anything. also post good website's that would help me. thanks everyone and im using a craftsman 10in 2800orm orbital buffer. thanks.
here i the link of the vette i have somewhat scratches like on the second pic but just more of them and a more advanced http://forums.corvetteforum.com/car-care-discussion/2499083-detailed-the-vette-for-the-1st-time-pics-and-questions.html
