Custom center brake light for 88 SC's?

Custom center brake light for 88 SC's?
Anybody know where I can get one? I've seen them ever other car but I can't find one for my spoiler. Help greatly appreciated.

Also it can't something that just fits over the light. I don't have anything there now the guy before removed it for some reason.
