Shroud Decals

Can someone show me close up pics of the center and right decals on the radiator shroud ? I have the one on the left, belt routing, but am missing the other two. Does anyone know where I can get these ? Tried all the usual places, even Osborn Graphics, where I got some other decals. If they have GM part numbers on them, that would be even more helpful.

Don't know if they are model specific but I have a 90RS 305.

I borrowed someone else's engine pic off this board ... hope they don't mind !

Re: Shroud Decals

I have been looking for the same thing!!! My decals were painted over and are all torn apart. It would really clean my engine bay up if I had brand new decals. If you happen to find this, please let me know!!! I am looking for the Catalyst and Belt Routing.

Re: Shroud Decals

I know they make them. We had a 1976 vette, and at a corvette show, someone had remakes of these. I wish I would know what the company was

I think if he doesn't already have what you need, he can make what you want, provided he can find a good clear picture of one to copy from.

Thanks Stephen ! Now we're getting somewhere.

He has the left and right stickers, what is the big one in the center ? What does it refer to ? Any part number ?

Thanks again for your help !

Re: Shroud Decals

I read this thread the other day and kept it in the back of my mind. Today I took the cover off my 92 RS. (Starting to bring it out of hybernation) Anyway looking at the car from the front starting from left to right. The serpintine belt diagram, which I believe you already have. The middle one on my car looks just like the one in the pic and mine describes the airbag system and the basic wire diagram. The part number that is on the sticker is 10098508. The last one all the way to the right is a caution sticker warning you about the cooling fan starting without warning. The part number for that decal is 22016614. Haven't tried to look these part numbers up but Ihope they help the both of you.

Re: Shroud Decals

I e-mailed the guy Stephen suggested. He did not have the correct decals for my car. My decals are very worn down, but you can still see the belt routing anf the catalyst. I am going to be sending him some detailed pictures and lengths and he is going to make some reproductions. I would suggest finding a picture of these for your car and maybe having him do it. His prices seem reasonable.

Hope this helps.

Classic Industries has most of the decals. I just got an emissions routing and another sticker from them.

Aaron R - Thanks for the info. I looked at their catalog last night. They do have a lot of decals, but not these.

Ibarile1991 - I still do not have pics, do you ?

I will try to take some pictures of what I have today after work. I looked classic industries and the only decal I could find was the fan shroud caution decal, no catalyst or belt routing.

Re: Shroud Decals

The fan decal is available from Jim Osborn Reproductions. I bought two for my GTAs and they are perfect. You may have to email about it as I didn't find them listed on the site but the part # is DT0867. The GM part number is: 22016614. Here is a link to their website:

Re: Shroud Decals

Just an update to this...The new part number is DC1425 for the fan shroud warning sticker. You will probably find the decal using the GM number 22016614.

Re: Shroud Decals

I received my sticker from Osborne reproductions. It's really good, but not exact. The pic below shows how they compare. I did trim the edges to round them like the factory sticker. I also trimmed the one side so that it is exact in size as the original. I don't believe anybody would notice the difference unless they are side by side.

Is that the one on the black plastic radiator filler panel? I need that one too, but have never found them new or reproduced. If I could get a really good photo of one, I could probably get one made locally.

Re: Shroud Decals

You need to verify you rpo sticker for some reason I have found that the reproductions are for Cal. emissions cars. If you look at you rpo sticker get engine code trans code and emisions code then look at GM F ody Ref catalog under label it will give you the correct 3 digit code for your car. If you don't have catalog I can post a pic of page tonight when I get home

I don't think they have them listed in this catalog. I am guessing that would be in a factory assembly manual. Not all labels are in the catalog

Thanks randy! Classic industries has it p/n dt710. Cheap enough but the shipping is unreal! Guess that’s why the price is nice. Over $10 for something that could go in a .50 cent first class envelope! WTH? Gary.

Because the paper backing and transfer paper are cut to locate the decal on the hood correctly
