Transmission: 700 R 4
Camaro Shield Emblems
On every Camaro (including mine) I've seen and looked at around here, save for one thats been kept in pristine condition, the emblems on the nose piece, I guess they're referred to as the "Shield" emblems, have all been in horrible condition. Mine has a big chip in it and the red, white, and blue bars have faded horribly. Is this a common occurence?

yes common enough problem . its right out there to get all the nasty UV rays . there are many on ebay , some made of metal . around 20-40 bucks for most of them . good luck .

One of the first badges I replace when I buy a thirdgen. I want to look good coming at you...lol. Pretty cheap repair.
