shining up my 92
hey whats the best stuff and the best way to wash my car cover up the swirl marks and make it shine get all the oxidation out and the best stuff to put on it ot protect it from the rain since i have nothing to cover my car up with yet

Different manufacturers make a color polish. This will fill in little scratches and shine up your car. For example, if your car is red, you can buy a red polish. After you polish and buff the heck out of it, follow up with your favorite caranuba wax.
dont waste your time with that crap.If a good polish/cleaner wont do it then paint may be needed.people here swear by zaino but they will have to be around alot longer for me to.

3M Swirl Remover for dark colored cars part # 39009 I believe...it removes swirls and light oxidation...if the swirls and oxidation are really bad use 3M Rubbing compound its like part #39003 or something not sure on that one...afterwards just add a nice coat of wax..
Personally I'd stay away from color waxes...my thinking is there is 3687963 shades of red and only 1 shade of red wax...I saw your car is black too...mine is black and spends its life outside..even in the snow without a cover..Black is really high maintenance if you want it to always look good..I'm outside just about everyday wiping it off and while its nice outside it gets waxed atleast weekly....

hey twick thats a nice looking car you know if you put mine right next to yours the only way you could tell it apart is it has no rear spoiler i have stock rims and i have the z-28 front grille and fog lights if i new how to post pics on here id put my car up
