I agree a little high seeing as it's only the plenum and runners polished. The lower intake should be polished for that price.

That polishing isn't even close to as shiney as it can be.
$950 sounds pretty high.

that last one isnt polished it is chromed, everything is plated except the fuel rail, which is polished.

Lets see acid bath. Copper connector to give negative charge. Huge vat of liquid chrome to dip this in. Hey I think I can do this in Organic next semester. No seriously it isn't that hard but you have to have the facility and the chemicals and liscences but that is it. Probably takes a lot of practice. I think someone on the board should learn to do it and practice on our plenums. hehe. Wouldn't that be grand?

Actually, I've looked into the chrome plating kits. Bright Works a company sells them for about 400. But it's not a large amount. It uses electricy but avoids most of the really harmful chemicals.
