not third gen but looks mean
I know this isnt a third gen but i just came across it and never saw a hood like this, it make the car look soo dam mean and sinister

I'm not sure about other states, but in Wi. I don't think you can have a hood with more than a 4" rise. That one looks like 6" or more?
