I just saw a camaro with louvers today. It takes away from the smooth lines. It was offered as an option to cover up the third break light on the 86 third gen.

They probably werent attached properly. They hook on the top, sides & are screwed in on the bottom of the glass with the two pieces that are adhered to the window. Mines never flew off even when i went down the track. Unless you were driving in reverse.

always louver. louver hood, louver hatch. I wish I could louver my entire car, it looks so 80s. I like the trunk privacy too.
How did your louvers "fly off"? under acceleration? slamming the breaks? high speed? they had to be mounted wrong some cars have have been wearing them 2 decades after all
