A little autobody detailing help please!

so how do i get rid of this shiz...? like is there a quick easy fix or no? if so then let me know how i can fix it. Previous owner tore that bumper up

You may be able to wet sand some of the lighter scratches out. Soak some 800, 1000, 1500, and 2000 grit paper and work your way up to the 2000 then hit it with some rubbing compound and then some polish. For where there paint is gone- well, there is not much you can do except repaint it. Honestly, if you taped it off really well, sanded the daylights out of it primed it, sanded it again, and then painted it with rattle cans and clear coat you could then wet sand it and probably get it to look way better than the gouged mess you currently have. You could probaly fill in gouges with some duraglass.

thanks! if it stops raining, ill test it this weekend and give a before and after pic

My front spoiler has a lot of spider cracks throughout the entire thing. Thinking of doing the same...sand...primer and spray on my own with some cans.

So what color should i go with since i know itll look like crap if i try to match the color. unless someone has the code for a stock red 1992 camaro rs 25th anniversary edition
