Re: new wheels

That is exactly the kind of look I want to achieve with my Iroc. What's the backspacing on them?

Looking great though!

Re: new wheels

dont know the backspacing hahah,

but heres the "good deal" story

i work at a cj tires in west lawn, pa. one day a 81 corvette came in to get his new wheels put on that he bought offline from cali. so i sized up the rear rim and tire on first. since it needed a bigger spacer, those year vettes have a e-brake cable right enar the wheel. the people sent him the wrong lug nuts....a couple days later he came back when it wasnt raining. i put on all four wheels for him and it looked great. those cragers came off of it, and he said if i knew anyone that wants to buy them to let him know. so i said i will, and pointed at my cmaro sitting in the back. he said he will sell them to me for $400, and if i dint buy them he'd sell them online for about $500...due to shipping. so i bought them a week later. had to but diff lugs for the different thread pitch, but i have a crappy wheel lock on from advanced auto.

i cant wait to go to a car show to see if anyone will love the wheels, cause thats the only shiney thing on my car

thanks for the compliment guys..makes me feel alot better about buying them.

Re: new wheels

i have these wheels....american racing outlaw II's 15x7 1/2. all four are from a g-body monte carlo. got them off craigslist and never got to put tires on them...then i found the cragers for a good price. i have cleaned them up, bead and the rim are alot healthier then this pic.

give me an offer

Re: new wheels

Damn, was hoping to find out backspacing. No matter...beautiful wheels nonetheless, I'll probably just end up going the Weld Prostars route.

its the distance from the mounting surface of the wheel to the back of the inner lip of the wheel.

so if you put a straight edge across the back of the wheel (not the tire, the wheel) and measure back to the mounting surface, thats the BS.
