Re: NAME YOUR BEST VANITY PLATES
Cool, what's my prize?
I'm kidding,....thanks for the thumbs up. Now I just need to do something special with this RS I recently picked up. I have a couple good ideas for a personal plate on it, but I'm definitely gonna need to pull off something very eye catching with the paint job.
I say that because I need to keep this one as stock as possible when it comes to the engine. I mean after all, at least one of my cars needs to get decent gas mileage.

Re: NAME YOUR BEST VANITY PLATES
I've seen a few good ones before. Theres a supercharged vette in my area that has "Z0SICK" as a plate.
Another was "2FST4U" which I think was on another vette.
When ever my trans am is finally done, hopefully I can get "NGHTMR" if it's still available. It's my user name on a few different forums (NightmareTA).

Re: NAME YOUR BEST VANITY PLATES
Not sure if its been mentioned or not as I haven't been able to read through all 23 pages, but I've always wanted to see if the PA DMV would let me have one of these:
DOU1269 - Do You Want To 69?
1UP - In reference to Super Mario Brothers
NCC1701 - Star Trek/USS Enterprise's registry numbers
XWING - Thought about painting my Camaro gray with an orange stripe like the X-Wings in Star Wars since the cutouts in the aero gfx remind me of the torpedo launchers on the X-Wings(yeah, I'm a scifi geek
)
USDAFRC - Use the Force
BEAMEUP - Star Trek again

Re: NAME YOUR BEST VANITY PLATES
I saw this one on a 4th gen 8A4RD.
needs no explenation. I hope its not still registered here. I have a severe dislike for imports...
GRNDRCE- Montana is a 7 letter state (booo!)
if you can do 8 in your state....it can be changed.
i think 8ASTANG is taken in MT too...

I'm ordering one that says either "BANDIT," "BANONE," or something like "IVEWON" or "DNTTRY" - Don't Try.

Re: NAME YOUR BEST VANITY PLATES
Well I am a amteur radio operator so the plates I have on my Z28 say Texas radio operator and have my call sign on them and it's the same as my user name here, KD5ICR. I like them because no one in the US can have the same plates no matter what state they live in, becuase it is an FCC thing.
