$6K, because there is over $10K in it. Thats why. Its nearly flawless. As you can see from the pics. Plus, I live in a real rich neighbourhood. Already had 4 offers. And its been on the market for like.. a week.

Well.. I had a friend who sold a POS RS, with a ratched interior, ****ed up transmission, and a faded paintjob for $4K, i'd like to expect my car is at LEAST worth $6K

Paint doesn't any better than mine, like its been repainted with in the past 3 years max. Second just cuase you put 10k into a car doesn't mean your gonna get 10k back unless its serious engine and supension mods, thats why rice rockets have low resale value.

The interior doesn't look ripped, but its clear from your photos its faded and used. Red is a rare color, even though its *** ugly.

But you still haven't mentioned how many miles and just what you spent 10k on??

its bear bone stock. Your kelly blue book value is no more than 3000. But I'm sure the right dumby will come along who just wants to look coool and doesn't know anythign about the cars.

Sonar_un, is is just me or does the hood on your car overhang the nose by about 1/2 inch? 6,000 does seem high for a tbi rs with a red interior. I just bought a 1989 iroc-z white, with a perfect body, t-tops that don't leak and a red int. for $1000. It had been garaged for the last 8yrs while the guy saved money for a motor. by the way it has 42,000 miles I think i got a good deal...

I know this guy, I live about 20 mins away from him, and I feel his pain. He's had a lot of crap happen lately. He fixed all the problems and needs to get money to pay for college. Stop cutting him down guys, just cause the car isnt worth $6000 to you doesnt mean it isnt worth that much to some shmoe that wants to buy a car. Who knows, maybe he'll end up screwing some ***** who wants to come over into the domestic arena.

 

Humm, my hood spring is attached to my hood, its an 89 IROC, did they switch sometime, or did u move it as a result of the hood?

 

I am assuming that the hood spring is on the body because of the aftermarket hood.
