I have changed on my 1989 iroc . I have not changed the rear bumber. You can change the front spoiler see pic so no need to change the front bumber cover.

The ground effect fits right on so no problems there.

The car with the new ground effect on , i have plans to change the rear bumper later

I got the 18" in 2003 (first in Sweden) , I dont remember the company name ? . The 20" i got from http://customwheelsmarket.com/ and it´s not American racing. The only i can tell is both 18 and 20 " have good quality in crome and they are stright and round . almost no weights on when we put on the tires. They are cheap if i compare to crome wheels in Sweden . about 1/3to 1/5 of the price of crome rims over here. I have never had any problems with my rims ,works just like i want.
