Re: Two tone Convert

The above has been done a million times. IMO thirdgens don't wear two-tone well at all. On that note, I can't think of any car that really does.

Re: Two tone Convert

i agree with puma, the 2 tone looks kinda wierd on 3rd gens, with the exception of daniels orange and black 2 tone thats been copied a few times. theres even a hot pink and black one around here somewhere.

pics dont do daniels car justice. they never catch the thin dark purple pinstripe that seperates the black and orange. the car looks a lot better in person.

Re: Two tone Convert

With a 'vert, your almost restricted to a black upper paint due to the cloth top being black (unless you replace it full custom) or you'd end up with a 3-color car.

Re: Two tone Convert

Yours looks good with the black stripe i may go that route along with the headlights and hood louvers the stripe may just do it I also have GTA wheels that are chrome with the gold and I am repainting the gold black although I am investigating the cost of that white with the balck upper body as well the new black top LOL

I absolutely love the looks of the car. I am a little partial as I have an 91 convert but it's really a great looking car.
