I have a problem :(

Man...I got my 92 Z back from the body shop a couple months ago. The car generally looks great but there are a couple things driving me INSANE(when u look close)!!. 1. the whole damn car looks like it has been washed w/ a brillo pad! There are spider lines (like hairline circles) all over the entire car. Im assuming it needs wetsanding or something? They didnt do any of that to my knowledge. 2. There are some spots that look fricking faded!! It loks like the sun has been beating on it for years! Almost like they "burned" into the clear?? I dunno how they could do that b/c I don't know if they buffed it at all. The jerk says "yes, we buffed it" one day and "no, we didnt buff it" the other. I can't get any info out of them and I dont want to bother with them...I just want my car looking good. Any ideas/tips on what I need to do? Im about ready to pay for a whole freaking new job from a reputable place PlZ help

Some spider lines but its almost where u are at, i am gonna get a show quality paint job soon, money wont bother me for that cause its gonna be damn worth it...

For the swirl marks, try using some 3M swirl mark remover. Worked great on my car.
