Dead spots in stock camaro fog lights?

Dead spots in stock camaro fog lights?
Okay the other day i got my fog lights working with stock bulbs and i noticed that in the center of both fogs there is a dark square "dead spot".
The light seems to shine fine around it.. keep in mind stock fogs arent very bright, has anyone else experienced this?
Im thinking about figuring out how to open the housing and find out whats causing the dark squares in the center.
Is this just how they are? Any remedy to this?
