agabugadoshdada.. just kidding but you said crazy. Try and do a search on yahoo or msn for emissions and you should find something. Other Wise good luck finding it here.

Well the best I can do is ask my Mother to ask her sister who is in HI right now. But what do they know about cars, who know maybe she got a ticket on it or something. I would call the place that gives inspections. I have no clue where they are over there but here there at almost every express lube.

As far as I know, we dont have any emissions test here. Heck...I've been running with punched cats on a couple of my cars and have been passing easy. Although, if you get recon, you will have to get an exhaust waiver from a muffler shop. Heck again...I dont even have recon on any of my cars. If a inspection station wont pass you for your exhaust, go somewhere else.
