Well, the wife and I just got done polishing up the car with this and all I can say is wow. I am usually a firm believer in a good caranuba paste wax, but this kit really put a nice deep shine on the car. The final wax left a little something to be desired, but it still looks deep and wet.

The kit was a 4 step process... apply a black tinted surface prep cleaner, remove that with a spray on remover, apply a black tinted caranuba liquid wax, remove that with your normal preferred method. Overall it's like waxing the whole car twice, but what a deep gloss! Even after just the prep stage, the paint looked much better (and my paint wasnt in bad shape to begin with)

We have plenty of everything left over, probably enough to do the entire car 1-1/2 tines over. Next time though we are going to use the surface prep along with a normal paste wax. The final result looks great, but Im not sure how it's going to repel rain and dust. It just didnt have that nice waxed feel to it when you ran your hand over it.

Im glad I had her help, made the job go by that much faster... and of course she had to help... it was her idea in the first place! She says to me, how many girls would want to do this on thier only day off on the weekend? I replied with, how many wives would want to do it at all? To top it off... as we are waxing the car she looks at the center caps, notices they are faded and one is missing... "Can you buy replacements for those?" "Yeah from Hawks." "Make sure you order those tonight! These are horrible!" I have one of the best wives ever!!
