I have used vht high temp exhaust manifold paint before it holds up great. I sand blasted my manifolds before applying the paint. Eastwood also has great products.

We have used the Eastwood cast iron manifold paints here at the shop for restoration type work, and it has held up extremely well. I would recommend the Eastwood products highly!

These manifolds have about 3000 miles on them. Off the shelf manifold paint. They were cast iron color at first, now they are a bit goldish.
