emblem delete plate?

emblem delete plate?
I guess that's what you'd call it, I dunno. Anyway, I saw an '84 Z28 the other day that had these little aluminum plates where the emblems would normally be on the side skirt behind the front wheel. They looked real good but I have no idea what they would be called or where to find them if they are available anymore.
Has anyone ever seen anything like that before? Or could it be a on-off design?

You could easily make your own.Aluminum is available in differing thicknesses,just cut it slightly smaller,glue in,and fill and smooth off,if you really want to go that way.
