The first car has alot of strech and poke on the tires, bet the rear 1/4 lips are rolled. IDK, the second car is way to crazy looking for me, but seems like alot of work when into it.

Hard to beat a candy color. I wish that it didn't have that horrible body kit, or at least the rear bumper cover.

!00% agreed on the body kit. Butchery of a fine set of body lines IMO. I'll let you all get back on topic, I just couldn't resist.

Re: Anybody seens these Thirdgen Before ?
First one looks like its trying to join the VW crowd with that assinine stretch deal, and the second one looks like a hot wheels "dubs" car which is just retarted IMO.
Color is Cool tho....and at least they aernt jacked up in the rear with a bandana hanging from the rear view mirror.....you know who you are

That RS is ****ing awesome! Is there any more info on it? FWIW, my Camaro is probably at or around the same ride height so it's far from "impractical.

Re: Anybody seens these Thirdgen Before ?
I'd say that the red one is heavily modified. Probably has a ford 9" rear chopped down or some other rear so you can get those wheels and tires on, plus basically tubing the rear. Has skinny tires on the front. Probably has a big motor in it too. Kinda looks like a prostock car.

No can't find anything supposedly building to be a drift car and pic is just a work in progress note the dust build up

I found this much.....

Quote:
Dean Strickland from Ocala, Florida is the owner of this 1982 Camaro with a full S&W race chassis and a 540 cubic inch big block. Those rear wheels are a ridiculous 20 inches tall and 18 inches wide…

Re: Anybody seens these Thirdgen Before ?
I don't care for the stretched tires, or 20" wheels under a pro street car, but other then that

the black car would be killer if the read was raised 1/2" and it had more rubber.the rear one would be prefect if it had 15x3" on front and 15x15" on the rear, and of course the time slips to back up the look.

those wheels are just stupid looking.

Tubbed cars should have sidewall, not highway culverts for wheels.

IMHO

But thats just me, I'm not in to posers.

I agree with you only thing I like is paint and would love to see the interior that's about it

I rather drive my chip paint white milk bucket iroc z then that ..
With amount of money put into the camaro mightiest well off bought a exotic car to sit in the grass lol I'm bias and don't like trailer queens or cars only taken out on sunny days lol but those cars will always be the nicest looking

Some people like show cars others like race cars some like sleepers etc etc

And I agree you make your car the way you want it too look and that nakes it unique as the two posted above Both are unique in there own way

I like the Candy red color, but I dont like the car at all. There is something called going overboard with a third gen and this guy did it.
