winterizing polished aluminum rims

winterizing polished aluminum rims

is there any way to protect polised aluminum rims from getting al messed up form the road slat here in chicago?? what about getting them clear coated?? i am really looking for ideas..

First use never dull and then get a paint sealer made by Mothers at pepboys do this once a month in the winter.

Axle/Gears: BW 3.27 (stock)
if you're concerned with protecting them vs. how they look, i'd wax them, but leave them hazed up.....don't even wipe the wax off. that will offer a good bit of protection. when you wash the car take 30 seconds and wipe them clean and cake them up again.
