the overlord in the white house would never approve gm coming out with a new pontiac. thats a photoshop pic thats been drifting around the web since about 2010
there are similar cars you can send your current production camaro off to aftermarket vendors to be turned into a faux pontiac transam or firebird
i would love to be wrong and have new pontiac vins start rolling off the line

its a poorly written article thats covering the one off company that does camaro to firebird conversions. the cost listed is on top of you supplying your camaro for conversion.

I read a article saying GM might bring the transam back for 2015 not official yet, but not as a pontiac transam it would be under Chevy and a different name used by chevy for the transam. They are not considering bringing the Pontiac line back.

Pontiac is not back. Someone purchased the rights to use the TransAm and Firebird names and are putting together body kits for 5th gen camaros.
For the cost you'd be better off buying a ZL1 or going ***** deep and picking up a new Z28.
