It still uses the same principle.

Here is the emblem for my wife's truck.
It isn't finished yet, I still need to cut and buff it.

It utilizes a chameleon fill and the pics show the teal and purple and the green.

 

Ha! That's cool. What makes the background wavy like that? Is that a casting?

 

Yes, it is cast composite inside the aluminum emblem. It could also be painted, but I wanted the color to be flush with the lettering.
I have a guy that wants a custom bowtie done...
