All your Firebird bodyshop men!!Need help!!

There are 2 pieces that mount to the front bumper, one is the long one that goes to each side, then there is the flat piece that mounts to that and the core support. What are these to pieces called? I need to know what to order them? Thanks

Also what is that number 5 called on the other pic?
