Nice! The oils in the rubber are probably going to stain your carpet. FWIW.

I’m gonna be doing the same thing with an old set of centerline wheels (sans tires) off my truck. Sand em down, polish the **** outta them and get a piece of glass to set on top!

Thanks. Can’t see in pic, but they are on a 3/8” round of plywood.
