Just funny that people are telling me what burning rubber down to the cords is all about, when I was probably doing that when they were still in their Playskool pedal cars.

 

Sheet Dawg, I was blowing the skins off my Big Wheel so often I had an account at the Firestone store.

 

I think a group of us were doing that before some of the others here were even born....

Sometimes you had to get rolling just to clear the smoke out of the passenger compartment.

It's not a burnout until you can't see the gauge lighting through the smoke.

 

I was already riding my bike when the Big Wheel came out. We did always try to get the longest skid, though.

Ain't it the truth! When I first dropped the 69 WT 400 in my 77 Formula (summer 84) I was going through tires on a monthly basis. Luckily one of my best friend's father & uncle owned a junk yard so I got tires for $2 each! I did burnouts that were so smokey the people behind me would pull over!

 

Well guys, I am admitting my addiction AGAIN .....I just sold a Formula 350 a couple days ago.....and just bought another one today

A 1992 Formula with 17,000 miles purchased from the original owner - I ran the numbers on this fully documented car
and they only made 65 code 10U (white) Formula's with black interior (61 total Formulas with code 10U & L98 in 1992)......as much as I tried, I just could not pass this one up !!

1988 Formula 350 is in my garage, waiting to be picked up by the new owner.....my new purchase (1992 Formula 5.7) is awaiting pick up out West
and the 1991 RS is sitting in my garage

I've been running the numbers on this one and it looks like it could be 1 of approx 20 or so built as optioned.....
10U (white paint) - 19C (black cloth interior) - L98 - CC1 (T-Tops) - PW7 (wheels), etc.....luckily, it comes with an original build sheet !!
