I wouldn't put one on my car, but it might be a neat novelty thing to put on a garage wall. Looks like it goes between the tail lights, but wouldn't it cover the plate?

Yeah, I remember seeing those pieces of junk in the store. Never saw one on a car though. Wonder why?

A while back when I was just a guest,I seen that someone started a thread about changing the rear facia of the Camaro. Something about maybe relocating the license plate to a different location. Not to long ago I seen an IROC with this item placed where his tag used to be and he had his plate down in his rear bumper sort of like the Firebirds, looked bada$$. I seen it during the day and night. Looks awesome at night. Might just get a friend of mine to bid on it for me.

Please tell me what was the reason for that Alice post? How imature is it slamming someone elses text. Keep remarks to yourself. No need taking up Thirdgens space with such poo. PLEASE GET A LIFE Now back to the orginal thread. I know that you are able to hook up that plate to your parking lights, but I think it would be cool to also hook it up to your brake lights.

I can tell you why...

You can remove (steal) one in about 2 seconds. Easier to take off than headlight or taillight covers.
I bought one back when they were new in '88. It lasted 3 days on the car before it walked away.

Well, B.O.F., I don't remember saying anything about your post at all. My post was in response to BlueAlice91bird's comment, which I found amusing. In the future, if you feel the urge to defend yourself with insults, I suggest you put put a bit more effort into discerning exactly who you need to reply to.

as for the thread.... garage wall, yeah... on my car... naah. But if one were to install it on theirr car, you're right- hooking it up to the brake lights would look better.

That is exactely how it looked un4givin89. Did you draw that? It looks great! Wonder how hard it would be to move the tag down and have it set in the bumper
