Not too much miles on it
I want a 350 but will settle with a modded 305
paint must be good
under $3000
must make at least 220 horse

I think you might want too lower your expectations just a little. I was thinking of selling mine but it would be a hell of a lot more than $3000. It has a brand new paint job and 243 rear wheel hp (run on dyno).
