Pictures of my 1984 Trans A/M
Today, I vacuumed, washed & waxed the T/A. Had to purchase a new set of BFG T/A tires to pass safety check. A pair of orig Goodyear GT ties were quite on the bald side on the rear.
I purchased the 10 days ago. It has 33000 original kilometers. It like new. Color is dark blue royal metallic with blue + luxury trim. Tje interior is like new - no marks, stains, etc. The original carrier bag for the t-roofs is like new. Car is loaded with options (1 1/2 pages in the GM Heritage Certificate) except G80 (posi which I will resolve). It has a 305v8, 700-4r, 3.23 peg leg.
Car was purchased by a gentleman in British Columbia in July 1984. He passed in about 2017. He willed it to his daughter in Quebec but she did not want the car so she sold it in 2019 to the 3rd owner from whom I purchased the car, sight unseen.I will enjoy this car for several years and then give it to my Grandson who loves 3rd gen Firebirds & Camaros.

I find this car for a 305 & 150 hp to be quite quick & fast . The 3.23 gear & low 1st gear in the 700-4r must help.

That TA looks brand new. Was it kept in some type of anti aging storage capsule?
And what color is that? Looks like some kind of blue/gray. I really like it.

The colour is dark royal blue metallic. I do not know the story about storage. I do know that the original owner was a gentleman who lived in British Columbia. I am guessing that he kept the car garaged at all times & seldom drove it for 30000 km. The daughter of that owner received the car in his will. She did not want it & sold it to the fellows that I bought the car from & it was garaged by him & now by me.
