couple of ?

My car has rubber from the front tire all over the passenger door and rocker panal from the old front fender slicing into the tire, and trowing rubber all over the side every time the turn the wheel. How do you remove the rubber? and would the rear window louvers look cool painted to match the color of the car?

Depending on how thick the rubber is, you may be able to get it off with bug and tar remover. If not try some rubbing compound. Be careful and work slowly with this stuff, it will take off paint if you get to aggressive. As for the louvers, I never liked them and I think most people here agree. But....... if it were me and I had to have louvers, I'd choose body color over black.
